October Fest 2010 - Celebrating 200 years
The original "Oktoberfest" occurred in Munich, on October 18, 1810: For the commemoration of their marriage, Crown Prince Ludwig
By 1960, the Oktoberfest had turned into an enormous world-famous festival. After this foreigners began to picture Germans as wearing the Sennerhut, Lederhosen, and the girls in Dirndl.
The Oktoberfest is known as the Largest Volksfest (People's Fair) in the World.[7] In 1999 there were six and a half million visitors[8] to the 42 hectare Theresienwiese.

4-star hotel located in southeast Munich, on a direct subway line from the main station and convention center. (3 minute walk from the Silberhornstraße subway station. This is 4 direct stops from Munich's main train station, and 10 stops from the convention center)

Arrive in Munich at 8.05 am and transfer to our hotel for luggage drop off.
After a quick stop at the hotel, head straight over the Wiesen:
Group Choice: pick one of the many tents: Hippodrom, Armbrustschützenzelt, Hofbräu- or Hacker-Festzelt
Drink, eat, party until...

Saturday, October 2
After breakfast, head straight over the Wiesen:
Group Choice: pick one of the many tents: Schottenhamel, Winzerer Fähndl, Schützen-Festhalle
Drink, eat, party until...   and/ or to take a break, explore Munich for a bit.

Sunday, October 3
After breakfast, head straight over the Wiesen:
Group Choice: pick one of the many tents: Käfers Wiesen Schänke, Weinzelt, Löwenbräu- or Augustiner-Festhalle
To change things up, we will organize an optional tour to Schloss Neuschwanstein

Monday, October 4
Sleep in and check out late or grab a leisurly breakfast and take a last stroll in Munich center.
Lunch time transfer back to the airport to catch our 3.20 pm flight to New York/ EWR
Arrive New York/ EWR at 6.20 pm

If you cancel more than 60 days before the date of travel, you would receive a refund minus $200
If you cancel less than 60 days before the date of travel, you would receive 75% refund
If you cancel less than 45 days before the date of travel, you would receive 50% refund
If you cancel less than 30 days before the date of travel, you would receive 25% refund
If you cancel less than 15 days before the date of travel, there won't be a refund possible unless we find replacement for you !
